50 Weight Watchers Recipes (2024)

This post was created as part of a relationship in which I was sponsored by Weight Watchers and given a free three month subscription to try their new Personal Coaching product and write about my experience. Though I was compensated for my time and commitment, all views, positive and negative, are my own. #WeightWatchers #WWsponsored

You guys have been following along my journey using the new Weight Watchers Personal coaching . (You can follow the Weight Watchersseries here) Despite my skepticism at first, it’s actually going really, really well. So well, in fact, this is the first week that I really hit a hurdle. (It was bound to happen, eh)

50 Weight Watchers Recipes (1)

How did I overcome that hurdle? Two things, my personal coach, and kick ass Weight Watchers recipes. (gathered a ton of them for you to check out at the bottom of the post!)

This is the second time, I’ve had to chat with my Weight Watchers personal coach Crystal. She has truly been such an asset in my success. The first time we “met” on the phone, we just talked about goals and my weight history. This time we were able to prepare me for real life.

See, I had a trip to Detroit with Ford for the North American International Auto Show. Knowing most press trips are foodapalooza, I wanted to chat with her on how to be successful while traveling. It’s kinda hard to eat healthy when someone else is planning the meals for you!

During our phone coaching session, she was able to give me a few ideas on how to enjoy my trip, enjoy the food, and not totally fall off the wagon. Before chatting with her, I was really nervous about my trip, but she gave me the confidence, and the tools, to go and have fun.

My trip was pretty successful. I was able to be relatively moderate, but did over do it a bit.I was still ecstatic because I was mindful for the first two days, which is a huge step for me. The third day, well let’s just say there were some late night cheeseburgers and pina coladas with some new Canadian friends. The best part is, I didn’t beat myself up about the last night. It was a lesson well learned. Since concentrating on more clean eating, when I eat junk food I PAY for it. I will spare you the sordid details, but let’s just say my stomach doesn’t like me to eat junk anymore and it let’s me know it!

For me, having Crystal help me put together a plan, having cool tools like the co*cktail cheat sheet with me on my Weight Watchers app, and knowing I can reach a coach 24/7, has really been the cornerstone of my success. With the Weight Watchers personal coaching, it really becomes a team effort. Even though I don’t go to meetings, this program works so much better for me because I can reach out to Crystal when I need support. I’ve also been able to network with other Weight Watchers participants in Facebook groups, so I really have friends in the trenches.

Lessons learned this week? Preperation and planning are huge tools to succeed, and every situation has something you can learn from it. Don’t waste your time beating yourself up over things. Use that energy to learn, love yourself, and do better next time! Want to get prepared? Then join Weight Watchers with me, and then pin these amazing recipes.
