Baseball Mom Outfits for Spring (2024)

As a Baseball Mom, you know you have to be prepared for anything in the Spring, weather-wise. You basically have to dress for all four seasons. Too many times have I arrived to an afternoon game in flip flops and a sweatshirt and wished I had worn Uggs and a heavy coat an hour later. Or set out for the game without a cloud in the sky, only to arrive at the field in time for a passing Spring shower to soak me as I set up my chair and cooler. And yes, sometimes we still get snowflakes in April.

As Baseball Moms, we know we need to be prepared for ANYTHING – – including freaky weather.

If you’re looking for suggestions, here are my ideas for Baseball Mom Outfits for Spring Baseball Season!

ZOMAKE Golf Umbrella | Columbia Mighty Lite Jacket

UA Sweatshirt | Yeti 20oz Rambler Tumbler | Oceas Oversized Waterproof Blanket

90 Degree Fleece Lined Leggings | Beanie and Mittens Set | Western Chief Rain Boots

ZOMAKE Golf Umbrella

Like I said, you need to be prepared for any type of weather in the spring! Especially rain and wind. The ZOMAKE Golf Umbrella is not only oversized, but also windproof. Meaning it won’t turn inside out or fly out of your hands at the first big gust of wind. At 62 inches in diameter, it’s large enough to cover you, your spouse, and your gear. Plus it comes in 15 different color ways so you can coordinate with your team.

Adidas Cloudfoam Pure Running Shoes

Super light and comfortable, the Adidas Women’s Cloudfoam Pure Running Shoes are my new favorite athletic shoes. If the ground is dry and the day is sunny, these are the shoes I’m wearing (mostly because it’s too cold for flip flops in New Jersey).

Columbia Women’s Mighty Lite Jacket

A good jacket is a requirement of most baseball mom outfits for spring, no matter where you live. This coat is not only lightweight and waterproof, but also extremely warm. Stow the Columbia Women’s Mighty Lite Jacket in your car even when you don’t think you’ll need it. I love the length, the hood and the thumb holes. It’s a must for night games in the Spring!

Under Armour Women’s Hustle Sweatshirt

Not only do I own several Under Armour Hustle sweatshirts, but my husband and kids do as well. It’s 100% cotton, which I love because it cuts down on the static. It’s also soft, warm, and washes well. It comes in 18 colors. For Spring games, you never see me without a Hustle sweatshirt – – hood up, sunglasses on, hands in the kangaroo pockets.

Yeti 20 oz Rambler Tumbler

I love Yeti tumblers because they keep my drinks hot or cold forever. Seriously, it’s impressive how long they maintain the perfect temperature of your drink. The Yeti 20 oz Rambler size is just big enough to keep you hydrated during a six inning game, but not so hydrated you need to make a trip to the porta potties. Because ewww.

Oceas Oversized Waterproof Blanket

Investing in a waterproof blanket was one of the smartest things I did last Fall. Previously I was using a fleece blanket at night games, but wind would cut right through the fleece. This Oceas Waterproof Blanket is not only lined with fleece, but has a ripstop polyester exterior that prevents wind and rain from penetrating the fabric. I love it because it’s huge (I can wrap it around myself completely, or share with my husband if I’m feeling generous) and machine washable.

90 Degree High Waist Fleece Lined Leggings

I was never much of a leggings girl until 2020. Now that I haven’t worn anything but leggings for the past two years, I don’t know how I’ll ever go back to wearing pants with an actual waistband again. That’s not the only reason I have the 90 Degree leggings on the list – – jeans just don’t seem to keep my legs as warm as leggings do. Especially not these perfect leggings: high waisted, full length, and fleece lined! It comes in several different colors (if you’re tired of black) plus the option for pockets or no pockets.

Funky Junque Glove and Hat set

I always keep a hat and gloves in the car just in case the weather turns cold. This cute set is not only warm, but has a weight more appropriate for spring nights. I love the touchscreen fingers on the gloves.

Western Chief Rain Boots

I keep these Western Chief Rain Boots in my car just in case the field is unexpectedly muddy, or a rain shower is in the forecast. These boots have a poly/cotton liner, making them absorbent but also comfortable. The insole is also surprisingly comfortable for a rain boot. Bonus: all the cute prints that Western Chief offers for their Rain Boots.

Baseball Moms – You drive your kids to the field, wash their uniforms, and make sure they’re fed after games. Don’t forget to outfit yourself with comfortable and warm baseball mom outfits for spring.
