You can accept payments by credit and debit card (VISA, Mastercard, and JCB) with MDR 2.5% per transaction (ex. vat).

When the customer is interested to purchase your product or service, he will ping you on Messenger. Then, you go to the inbox to start the chat.

Once the order is confirmed, Click “฿” below the page to request payments

Input the price you want to request > add an optional note if desired > click “Request”

Your payment request has been sent to the customer.
You are now set up to receive payments from your customers with status “Not Yet Paid”.
If you want to review the order and the request, click “View Details”.

When you receive a payment, the status of the payment request updates to "Paid“/or “Received Payment” with the attached e-slip in case the customer paid by bank transfer via mobile banking apps.

What is Meta Pay?
Meta Payis a seamless and secure way to makepayments in Meta and its suite of apps. It is now launched to Meta users in many countries including Thailand. For Thailand, KGP is the payment service provider that process transactions in Messenger that allows buyer to make payments to seller through Meta Pay (credit card, debit card, or bank transfer via mobile banking applications) directly in Messenger.

What are the benefits to sellers?
It helps sellers to manage orders easily, conveniently, and more efficiently. The sellers does not have to provide a bank account to a buyer for the payment. The seller easily types the payment amount that wants to request from the buyer into Page Messenger Inbox, and the buyer can click to make payment accordingly in the chat box. through Meta Pay. When the buyer paid, the status of the payment automatically updates to Paid to both seller and buyer.

Overview
KASIKORN Global Payment Company Limited (KGP) is licensed to conduct online payment services under the supervision of the Ministry of Finance. In 2019, the company was established to bring forth the cashless society in Thailand.
