@sprint has to be one of the worst companies. Not only is the service sh*t, I pay $140 for one line, but they called me to tell me about promotions I can get and when I said I don’t have time they just hung up on me. @GetSpectrum is $45 unlimited. Same plan I have now.

Tbh @GetSpectrum shouldnt be allowed to be a major ISP anymore. Ive been having consistent issues with them since June and nothing's changed. Spectrum shouldnt be allowed to buy an entire neighborhood if youre conection is gonna be trash.

@GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum my bill gets raised and my internet magically slows down. I call to see if it’s an issue that you guys can help me with. I talked to a technician who was short with me and said it was my issue to fix. Now, my internet is magically back to normal 🤔

@TylerSuggsWSOC9 @ATTHelp @GetSpectrum @ATT I am trying to cancel, that’s all I want to accomplish but they do not allow you to cancel online you MUST call and sit on hold. They also hide how to even call and cancel quite well on their website. I'm going to cancel my 5 business @ATT cell lines tomorrow due to this.

@Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum the bill was illegally sent to me instead of my bulk provider due to spectrums mistake, and now the onus has been put on me to fix it. the fix is simple: send the bill to my bulk provider. others have had the same issue from this bulk account and have solved it w spectrum.

@Ask_Spectrum yep. 6 hours of phone calls with @GetSpectrum over the past month. waiting to hear back about a ticket for a bill which needs to be sent to my bulk provider, who’s waiting and ready to pay. was never notified about the last ticket and now assuming I won’t be for this one, either
