@Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum the bill was illegally sent to me instead of my bulk provider due to spectrums mistake, and now the onus has been put on me to fix it. the fix is simple: send the bill to my bulk provider. others have had the same issue from this bulk account and have solved it w spectrum.

@Ask_Spectrum yep. 6 hours of phone calls with @GetSpectrum over the past month. waiting to hear back about a ticket for a bill which needs to be sent to my bulk provider, who’s waiting and ready to pay. was never notified about the last ticket and now assuming I won’t be for this one, either

@Ask_Spectrum Can you tell me what is going on with your internet service in Long Island City, NY? The service has been poor for the last ten days with at least three days of outages lasting a minimum of 5 hours. I’m lucky only one of those long ones was during work hours.

@Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum for whatever reason I’m not being given the same help, hence 6 hours of phone calls for a simple solution. the bill is from 2018 so last thing “jon” (5th rep I was transferred to) told me there’s nothing @GetSpectrum can do, which is false. can provide employee ID from my notes.

@Ask_Spectrum internet down yet again in Carlsbad CA 92008. Last week down for 2 days. Buffering consistently all day...every day. I ask myself..should I continue 2 pay for this lousy service? The answer is a resounding NO.
